Mohd Noorsuhaimy bin Kasmany has been in private practice in both Malaysia and Brunei since May 1993. Upon his graduation from University Technology MARA, Malaysia with LLB, Suhaimy was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 1993. He then served at Messrs Hazmah Daud Daros & Siti Nor, Advocates and Solicitors where he had extensive exposure to all nature of civil litigation with special emphasis on banking, company. Land and bankruptcy laws. Suhaimy then joined Malaysia International Merchant Bankers Berhad as Legal Manager where he gained valuable working experience on general banking and finance, corporate financing (both conventional and Islamic financing). Suhaimy then joined Messrs Ghazali Ariff and Partners, in April 2000. His practice focused on general, corporate banking, real estate transactions and property development in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Suhaimy then joined Messrs Ridzlan & Co in September 2003. In January 2007 joined Messrs Pengiran Izad & Lee, the latter being a full- service legal firm in Brunei. His area of practice includes, dispute resolutions/litigation matters in land, property, commercial matters companies, societies and banking. He also handles company secretarial matters, corporate advisory and trademark registrations and licensing for clients as well as intellectual property matters. In July 2020 he joined Fathan & Co. to head the Litigation Department.
